Should MKH's market value be above RM2 billion mark, it would attract more funds to invest in the company. MKH will join 2B club when its share price reaches 4.80.

At RM1b sales, the company should register at least 45sen eps. At 12 times, it is worth RM5.4 per share. At 15 times, you do the math!

MKH is on track to achieve its record high property sales target
of RM800m for FY14 (vs RM580m in FY13). It booked
RM410m sales in 1HFY14, of which RM96m is pre-sale
booking. This has yet to include overwhelming sales from
Saville@Kajang (RM280m GDV) which has achieved impressive
80% take-up although the project was only launched in April.
As a result, unbilled sales is at an unprecedented RM602m as
at March, or 1.3x its FY13 property revenue.

Strong launch pipeline. MKH’s large tract of property
land bank in Kajang/Semenyih (490 acres) makes them the
prime beneficiary of rising land prices at this hotspot.
Upcoming launches for MKH include MKH Avenue
2@Kajang City (RM200m GDV, shop offices),
Saville@Cheras (RM280m, high-rise), and Hill Park Homes
3@Semenyih (RM173m, 2-storey terrace houses). These
should be well-received due to their strategic locations and
affordable pricing.

比如说inari，你在RM1买，起到RM1.20。20%增长了，你会立刻卖吗？还是会再等下去？即使RM1.20，您不卖。RM2时，您会卖吗？RM3时，您卖了吗？星期五·闭市，inari已经是RM3.24了。间中最高起到RM3.34。因此，耐心占了好大的一部分，当然前提是要有好眼光，买到好股，然后耐心的死守。

我的没耐心，让我看到而吃不到。去年的八月,买了novamsc 。那时看是连森美兰皇室成员持股的公司,应该会上的,就在7分买了。那时有告诉自己等10分才卖。可是就是一直等不到。等啊等的,股价跌到6分去,自己信心动摇。就在今年4月那样起到7分半时又回跌,结果又以7分卖出,亏了水钱。等了9个月就这样放弃了。耐心不够强。白等了,浪费时间。也就在昨天股价上升到13.5仙。已经将近增长100%,如果14仙的话。等一年的回酬是财富增长将近100%,也就这样的没有了。

现在的我知道了,耐心的重要。但也面对着眼光的问题。如果耐心有,却没眼光,那将会是亏得更多。所以功课也要做,不可盲目跟从,来避免亏损。

MKH - RM1.8 billion
So MKH's plantation is only undervalued at RM400 million for 15,900 ha?

PE times:
MKH is currently valued at 9 times FY2015 profit ... means will provide investors with annual earnings of one-9th, or 11% return.

Hi invmudah, .. that will increase the free float of the shares. The directors also bought shares. The disposal of direct interest by young Chen may be viewed as an 'isolated' case, after all he has only a million or slightly more shares. Should keep an eye out on the shareholdings held by the elders Chen.

Everyone knows Mkh is making good profit but shares not going up. Many retail traders are holding a lot. Will face selling pressure, that is why no goreng. Cannot wait, will have to sell. Am I right ?

It is call warrants issued by CIMB. May go to see the term sheet of this instrument in the Bursa's announcement.
Investment house usually likes to tag a company which has 'a story to tell' with this type of instrument.

when us fight in afghanistan in 2001, klci up 199 points or 33% from 609 points (07/10/2001) to 808 points (23/04/2002) and when they fight against saddam hussein in iraq in 20/03/2003, klci up 145 points or 21% from 672 points to 817 points in 31/10/2003. so this time, us airstrike in iraq, do you think it will drop again finally? let see....
