TSRDL bought the block of 10 million shares in April and May, 2018 from the open market , the lower price transacted at the dates of his purchases as disclosed to bursa was 54.5 cents and the highest price was 86 cents.
Txfs said need 3 months to conclude the deal. But why need 3 months ? 3 months to complete every thing? completion of all the corporate exercise, including payments, etc?
Malton has grown bigger in the past 6 years. Unbilled property sales crossed RM 1 billion mark was a milestone. In-house construction jobs within the Pavillion Group is also aplenty. Construction order book also crossed RM 1.5 B
The contribution of the BJC Mall has not been taken into account yet.. This could be another windfall on the way.. hihi..

The unbilled property sales at BJC of RM1.03 B and the construction order book of approximately rm1. 5B could sustain the earnings for the next 2 - 3 years....
Duta Park Residence with a GDV of RM850 million is being marketed and the take up rate for block B and block C was told recently at 50 %...
Pressing down the price lah... It is like a poker game... Small retailers are helpless as there are no big institutional buyers... Property stock is out of favor now... That's why the price keep dropping even though fundamentally it is good..

The share price was so depressed due to the above. TSRDL certainly knew what he was doing in buying the shares.
Now the price is again so depressed. Would he buy if he would not trigger the "Creeping Threshold" for an MGO. He can't buy more than 2 % in a 6 period.
No one would sell his shares by parking 4×500,000 shares @54.5 cents on board at one go! Obviously it is blocking the share price from moving up with the intention to buy cheap from the poor and helpless small retailers, as fund managers shun away from property stocks now.
