It is very obvious uptrending...I don see any reason why investors will dump tis stock since dividend is coming n they are bidding for taipeh construction job...I m sure insiders are bashing down tis stock for their own accumulation...

It is very obvious the stock is pressed down...for some reasons beneficial to the management...it is evident just now at 16.50 suddenly a large block of buy order at 0.52 b4 closing...

The lowest price since Jan 2012 is 47 cent.

WOW! The retained earning for the years 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 are ALL FREE!!

IN THE LAST 7 YEARS THE COMPANY DIDN'T ADD VALUE FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS???

Total borrowing as of 30th June 2018, RM 530 million...

CASH AND FD : RM 160 million

Borrowing, net off cash : RM370 million

PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT COSTS, which are CURRENT ASSET amounts to RM1,687 Millions. A big chunk of several hundred millions should be the development cost of the BJC Mall which has reached the 3rd levels last June.

Awaiting good news from PAVREIT, then the company would be debt free or with little borrowings...

My goodness! Have to go back to 2011 lowest level...

The net profit made by the company less dividend since 2011 is more than the Market Cap of RM 254 million @48 cent now

I computed NET PROFIT made by the company from FY ending June 2011 to FY ending June 2018, meaning for the period from 1.7.2011 to 30.6.2018, the company made

Total Net Profit. Rm 354.45 million
Total Dividend paid out about RM 90 million
(Assume dividend for FY 18 will be 2.5cent)

Retained Profit is RM 264. 45 million
(excluded private placement proceed and conversion of the RCSLS)

THIS IS MORE THAN THE MARKET CAP NOW. LOL

The "lucky" guy who bought at the lowest @46 cent, 7 years ago on 29th Sept 2011 received dividend year after year with a yield of 5%-6%... better than FD rate and today he sit on a capital gain of 2 cent , assume he didn't sell..LOL

But today his company has made more than
rm264 million of wealth or 50 cent per share as compared to the day he bought the share, 7 years ago...

Would this " lucky' guy do better for the next 7 years as compare to the last 7 years...

Please answer this question and decide if it is a good investment at the current price! Haha!

Tan Sri converted his 29 million RCSLS into shares @RM1 in 2017. He actually had the option to redeem for CASH and received RM29 million CASH from the Company. He definite know the value of the share of the Company.

It should rebound back strongly next week as dividend is coming delivering Div yield of more than 5% better than FD rate...It is time to bargain hunt next Monday...1.2 bil unbilled sales coupled with some construction earnings is enough to deliver sterling return in the long term...Just don wait just acquire as much as you can next Monday...If possible just dump in all Ur life savings into it surely you will thank me in the future...
