Ha, ha, ha, doing the cha cha is good brother Yuzuki as long as you make money. Already I am doing a lot of cha cha too, hee, hee, hee. Going for my 6 round of profit for KHSB lah. Let's hope my future earning rounds will be a bigger one too but I still got alot of confidence in KHSB...1 being the privatized factor & 2,the $20 billion project joint venture on KHSB land. And a $20 Billion project is no small laughing matter...once finalized, KHSB will shoot sky high.

Anyways, today I am lucky to have sold off 35 lots at the high and bought another 50 lots at the low. Hope tomorrow move up nicely.

Brother Jake, you can see by the number of lots they wallop simultaneously....quite confident there will be more to come. Yes, profit loss of KHSB is only 1.71 cents this quarter.

I think the puling factor here in KHSB is the privatization factor as well as the coming JV with a GDV of $20 billion on KHSB land.

Today afternoon session can easily reach 61 cents++....you just saw kakis eat 58.5 cents like jelly, hee, hee, hee....definately more to come as Puchak, KPS , JAK all move...now Puchak move up 7 cents & definately KHSB should move up 3.5 cents too at least...so stay my friends & don't be a kiasi or kiasu & throw away cheaply.
