OTB, the sequence is exactly as is....I am not here to argue but it's clear there for ppl to see. And no I did not buy as you shared but I did put into my follow up folder to see how accurate over time.
Now good time for me to remove, as the person who shares does not have my trust. Sorry just my sincere opinion!

You are right philosopher. Carry on with this attitude. End of story.
Dear Melvin G,
We are wasting our time to Mr Right.
Dear all,
He did not buy KHSB, why he made it so big issue ?
OTB, if I had bought, you. Omment would have been one that says I lost money, and hence what you wrote is just an opinion or that I was behaving like a investor hence I made a lost. Now I am here without buying the shares because I indeed wanted to research more and your statement becomes more absurd.
Are you saying that if I did buy, I should not comment or expose your deeds?
Whichever it is, OTB, you should know your own intent......but word printed don't lie...stated clearly.....your purchase of the share..since you want to continue with this no problem, I will continue to share
On march 16 you stated you bought you share at 40c, 53c and 66c
On feb 22 you said you bought at 63c based on the question by hawk. So what price did you buy at?

Dear Mr Ooi is the current price ok or should I wait nearer to 10 days b4 confirmation?
The above does not sound like an opinion does it? "I bought" is a word used as past tense.
And what about the below, is it also an opinion? "believe me"??

KLSE had discounted the news on election, believe me, it will not be an event when the parliament is dissolved.
The election risk had been factored into the market.
Please note that KLSE is a laggard compared against Philippine and Indonesian stock markets. Both aforesaid markets break all times high, whereas KLSE is still not moving. It is moving side way without any direction because most of investors are hesitating to enter market.
Mr jacko Can you just calculate the actual value of khsb first before further commenting? How do you value khsb? In case you are lazy to do research you can refer back the comments made by chong and tell us the value is lower than current price, it would be more persuasive isn't it
All I m saying whether I am miss right or a kid, trade and advice responsibly as a reader! If I was a kid, and I am telling you this, "shame on you OTB"
Melvin G, can you read in the first place of the posting by otb before you ask me fundamentals.? Becoz if you cannot, the I don't think you can count ya?
You dont need to be upset. You kena whack on KHSB. Luckily you didn't recommend Scomi & Rsawit. Otherwise you will also kena whack. Strange but coincidentally I made money on all these 3 counters. I think I should keep a watch-list.
It's not abt me whacking OTB, but I recognize him as a leader because he is suppose to be a TA level expert but he should be impartial from making call but jousting sharing his statistics and let the stats o the talking. If so then he can clearly indemnify himself fr any wrong here.....instead of all this behaviour
This is what people here and I included, appreciate.
Example of an objective discourse on Land & General.(Sorry its unrelated but just wanted to make a point)

At RM0.465, the co is valued at RM278mil. Its two projects alone, namely Foresta and The Elements, can contribute RM400 mil to RM500 mil profit in a few years. Its annual profit should be on the way to record high in a decade. Hence, will its share price move in tandem to record high in the next 1 or 2 years? Let's see!
Posted by valueinvestor > Feb 21, 2013 08:23 PM | Report Abuse Can forget about this hopeless stock for the time being. It is ridiculous because its latest quarterly profit had indeed dropped yoy if not because of the write-back. Profit dropped despite the Foresta Damansara and The Elements are selling well?????? The company is simply hopeless.... ___________________________________________________ Posted by Ooi Teik Bee > Feb 21, 2013 08:39 PM | Report Abuse Dear valueinvestor,
The 12 million is written off in Q2, it is added back in Q3. Hence the actual profit is not affected. This is just accounting which I am not the expert.
I hope I am not wrong.
Wait patience for Durian to drop in 6 to 9 months.
Thank you.

The actual operating profit had dropped if the write-back was not taken into consideration. It merely implied that the company was not doing better despite its 2 projects were selling well. Something could be very wrong somewhere.... given that the land cost for Foresta was indeed very low. No more confidence in its management for now....
Mr Ooi is a seasoned market player, and thus we make decisions on our own after hearing his facts. Personally, my friends and I have bought some KHSB at 67.5 cents and patiently waiting. We are positive that the deal will go through. No risk, no gain lah. We dont blame anyone , it is our own decision.
RHB has a fundamental software called recognia, and it gives a more than 100% rate of return on L&G. Did you notice it has already started to move ?Lots of property counters have already moved, and it is a matter of time before L&G, Mkland start to move.
To make money from the market, we must have something better than the rest, such as T3B System, ShareXPert, TA, etc, then our chances of making profit higher. We should appreciate Mr Ooi , who is willing to share valuable tips to i3 investors, despite not getting anything monetary in return.
I posted the exchange between OTB & valueinvestor to show that if you do not agree with what OTB or anyone say, you offer your reasons like valueinvestor did as rebuttal NOT simple hentam or worse make insinuations bothering on character assassination.
We hope to gather some insights from those who care to share. There are some like KC Loh, Kchongz, and now OTB who give valueable information. We have to receive in good faith, clever enough to digest, take in what is good and discard what we believe is crap. If we dont understand what they write, dont be bodoh sombong; ask people who know. Then make your investment decision.
The last thing we want is for people like Chong who just got tired of mindless abuse leave the forum. If you know what a basketball court bully is, you know what I mean.
Anyway all the the way Jacko....thanks for sharing and exposing a Frau. His view and opinion is good but yours and mind if oppose his view is bad....great guy we have here!
Good point OTB.....maybe better to be tin Kosong than to have a objective and motive behind your statement....anyway mine will end here....good luck in your selling!
hey all, now time to refocus on the market and try to make some more $$$. Jacko, you are trying to push your points, just focus focus on the market, and do share if you have any good counters, fair comments and recommendations, will read and consider to take risk or not, decision is entirely ours. OTB, kcchongnz, kcloh, chong, and other generous people like yourselves, please continue to keep on sharing your analysis. To quote from investor77: To make money from the market, we must have something better than the rest, such as T3B System, ShareXPert, TA, etc, then our chances of making profit higher. We should appreciate Mr Ooi , who is willing to share valuable tips to i3 investors, despite not getting anything monetary in return. Case closed. thanks to all.
Yes OTB, so much for a so call TA expert who now resort to name calling, because I hammered in a painful point that you are a salesman trying to make money here.
Ok mr Fraud....if you want to win I let you win lah but the facts that Jacko and avucin is truth. Lol

Do I a saleman or making money here ? I only provide knowledge and writing here is a loss making business especially dealing with Tin Kosong and wasting my time to reply. I will stop here.
I always write very polite and I also always give way because I am very worried to offend any valued member here.
Thank you Tony Lim.....had you favorite meal already?
As for OTB, aiiik put himself in the same category as chong, kc,...some more put his name first as OTB as if talking about someone else. OK I am not here to argue. Just wanted to leave this for Mr Ooi.....

Dear Mr Ooi is the current price ok or should I wait nearer to 10 days b4 confirmation?
If you clearly understand from the dates above, the 40c bought was confirm on Mar16 but not on Feb 22 which OTB clearly confirmed he bought at 63c to a question Hawk asked.
40c purchase could have been done way earlier but how come he did not share w Hawk but only shared he bought at 63 and that convince some to continue to buy and investor77 bought at 67.5 c.
Now my question is, is this responsible ? As OTB himself claim to a trader, based on 63c he he could have done 5% to sell at 67, but poor investor77, still not understanding the logic can't sell until it covers his brokerage at least. And yet OTB insist he is helping them.....more like helping himself
As for myself, people here may have notice that I have posted a lot of analysis on some stocks. But think about it. I did so much work for these companies I have so much conviction in. Why don't I share with other also. Very additional work needed to share. Just have to organise and take some time to write. Yeah yeah I know, many people don't like me so "cheong hee". Then if you don't like, don't read and don't bother at all loh. But some do read, I believe, and they may appreciate what i have done (hehe, just guessing only ah). then good lah, make friends mah. Of course some gave very degrading comments, but I don't want to "cheong hee" about this again here. Enticing others here to buy and jack up the price so that I can sell them high? Give me a break, you think the forum here is so influential that it can influence the market? How many readers and investors they are here, especially those who are interested in my stocks which have no liquidity, nobody frying etc?
Normally I analyze and give an intrinsic value of a stock based on certain assumptions which I usually mentioned those assumptions. Anyone who is interested to read my analysis can actually go ahead and verify my analysis, and if he is not happy with the assumptions and use his to come up with an intrinsic value. for example, i have given my analysis on Pintaras with an intrinsic value of 6.00. Do I ask you to buy at that price? Go and figure out yourself if you are interested to buy, and at what price if you want. Can't i sell the stock at say 3.00 tomorrow? Why not? Do I owe you an explanation why I sell at 3.30 when I said the intrinsic value is 6.00? Why can't I sell at 3.30 now and two weeks later if the price dropped to 2.90?(But tell you secretly here I am not doing the right thing in investment by doing so). Do I have a responsibility to tell you when I should sell and when I should buy? Even I tell you, should you hold me responsible of your action?
well said kcchongnz, lengthily and et al, hehe. that's the right spirit, none of us can and should pin you down as to how you conduct your buy/sell/buy transactions. Good 'nuff that you analyse for us dungus, and this is same as what OTB was doing for us here, sharing his knowledge.
He did not buy this stock, he did not know the price well, he only passed stupid comments and cannot substantial with actual fact and stock price sequence.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
