iafx, I also can't see how KHSB deal is linked to the take over of the four water concessionaires. When u said all 4 deals must commit in one goal, u meant the 4 water deals right? How is the 4 water deals connected to KHSB land deal? Care to explain further?

KHSB link is via KPS minority shhdrs. These may also want out for same reasons. Also KDEB may also have other principals besides Selangor govt.

put it this way, is khsb deal truly 100% independent (as v all believed so far) from the water concessionaires? say, puncak, gamuda delay their deal, for sure kps/splash deal will be affected, would it also affect kps/khsb deal? if not, did the mb (or kdeb) formally state it anywhere anyone can share?

btw, puncak shoot 15c last minute... good sign

i think this deal is 'may be' a scam, there's no buyers fr subtanstial shareholders since the offer on 14 feb ... can't believe what i'm seeing...this counter banyak tipu olang since it came to bursa... a lot has been burnt, seems it want to burn more

not that serious ... but the fishiness increases since 14 feb ...where's the announcement that kdeb is buying cheap in the market since 14 feb? or others? ... offer more than 76 cents now... still kdeb agree and still don't want to buy cheap in the market? man, pkr have lost lot of credibility in a lot of issues already...(loose= longgar? and lose = hilang or kalah? correct me if i'm wrong)

don't think kdeb can buy 56% fr open market, it's kps holding of khsb shares kdeb is buying. as the announcement is made at kps bursa web site, it's official... question is in conjunction to ge13 & water issues, can the deal go on to signed & seal as planned

the problem is with puncak who doesnt want to sign... it is a political issue one side is ummo & another is pkr... puncak has been rejecting 4 times already if not mistaken & it may not accept this time too..
