Icon8888, I suspect it's 51% own subsidiary that manufactured CBU Bus in indonesia occuredn huge losses which offset the plantation profit for minority interest. I don't see new CBU bus order in year 2013 and I believe the depreciation charge + rupiah depreciation causing the minority interest showing -ve figure for current financial year. Looking forward your sharing on delloyd. Thanks.

Yes..you can keep your shares.

But if his stakes is above 90%,the company will be delisted to let the minority fears.

You also can hold after delisted
but if he manage push to 95% then you have no choice but have to accept his offer.

In the processing of privatization, he define will increased the offer price.
But it going take time to wait.

Con job. Don't accept the offer. We only need 10% of the minorities to reject the offer. Their land bank in kuala selangor is worth at least 1 billion which translates to rm10 per share. I'm gonna alert the minorities watchdog

Value, based on my experience, when a company announced a take over like this, they would usually had done their analysis of shareholder voting scenarios. Usually they will succeed.

I don't have opinion on whether the offer is fair or not, maybe you should wait for Independent Advice Letter to find out more. Sorry that is all I can say at this stage
