上面不是说0.50进了,还有上升的空间，我估计0.70 ，须看5月底的第三季业积，应该会有大增長，全年估计1200万，eps=6仙 ,拿pe=12*6=0.72仙,个人推算,買賣自负.

The results from the coming few quarters will be very good...to reflect the strong sales of their Mont Kiara Concerto condos as well as the recently launched Kota Kemuning bungalows.

Don't have TP but wont be surprised if it heads towards RM1.

Considering the progress of Concerto, 2 blocks reaching 20th floor and 3rd block 14th floor, I would agree the latest quarter ended 31 March 2014 will be worth waiting for.
