Hahaha, after clown roger, now puncak thread back again with another clown jolie2.....but so strangely when puncak share below 2.60, puncak cg at below 10sen, kps below 1.26, never see these girl clown perfroming her trick, sing song!? Before i post trade in these forum, i have posted all by trade record in the blog.....wealth-trade.blogspot.com....blog owner is horse. I think the blog record my trade since 10 year ago alrdy. The blog owner and me share likeminded investment strategy but at different approach. Both of us are active trader, and willing to share and through sharing, we learn each other strength and weakness...i have long time yet to update in the blog ever since active in these forum as posting here can be share with much more investor and can exchange view and learn a lot from these forum.

hng33, so many noises here, plus, including me, not many are aware of all stocks that you are following and trading. it would be easier to read your thoughts had you created a blog. Or, could you put your thoughts into a particularly space here on i3investors? Sometimes spot some good articles here in i3investor, but didn't really explore in details. Then, we can go and read accordingly.

After sold puncak, puncak cg, kps, armanda, knm last friday, i have free up all margin line and free up more than 75% capital, I opt to further increase my stake in wct-wc, wct-wd, wct-we and iwcity.

But, my portfolio still flush with capital as i am always ready to re enter back oil and gas stock,and water theme stock, puncak and kps.

I do agree there is weakness in using these forum, there are some have very selfish thought, and have negative oriented minded which i have experience in many stock thread aside puncak, there are appear in bjcrop, osk, maybank, kps, mkland, symlife....it force me to expose them and fend off and backfire with the their contradiction..... in hope that these forum can continue be use and on right track....sharing thought, exchange investment view, get most updated 'reliable' information (But unwelcome fake insider-man), learning through other experience and try to minimize risk in stock investment, so that everyone at least have better odds in winning and profiting from stock investment.....but being person willing to share, sometime indeed get frustrated and becoming less and less enthusiasm to continue post in stock thread that is deviate from original objective....especially with more and more nonconstructive noises or 'singing song' like what happen in KPS thread by jolie2..!!!

hng33, thanks for the update. Just ignore those you found annoying. Many appreciate your thoughts, including myself. Even though I have yet to successfully follow your exit strategy, your entry strategy has helped me in my decision making and a failed attempt to sell yesterday at 2.87. Guess will wait till Oct 15 now

money888, I have added some Puncak position by selling Puncak (for every Puncak share) and adding Puncak warrants (I buy 1.25 warrants) when Puncak is around 2.58 and its warrant at 1.58-1.59. Since hng33 has been right on his trade calls on almost 80%, thought if I were to dispose the additional 25%, I could preserve some cash. If it drops later I can add back those position. If it rise, I will just assume I realize the profit like hng33 said. Anyway, initially, I was with a friend discussing some matter and didn't have time to think over it. By the time I was free and overcoming the struggle on selling decision, its too late to fill my sell order despite my sell order (think enter around 4.30 p.m.).

Page 5 of Circular Part 1 - the balance of 1.55b shall be paid by Air Selangor at Completion Date of SPA. Puncak announced that Completion Date of SPA is on 15 Oct 2015.

If you wonder why there are 2 dates announced by Puncak.
Page 5 clause 2.3.3 - Puncak shall ensure the handover of assets to be completed on (15 Oct 2015) 7 days after the last special condition and condition precedent being fulfilled (ie. all and the last condition was fulfilled on 8 Oct 2015).

Upon receiving the proceeds balance 1.55b, Puncak Board need to decide when is the dividend entitlement date. Circular state it will pay within 3 months after completion.

I think Puncak should pay as soon as possible to reward long-waited shareholders since it was 8x delays. Hope this can be happened by year-end (within 2.5 months), as some research house expect.

managed to sell 13k shares at 2.88, but got greedy and added 16k shares of warrant at 1.89. Instead of reducing position, I have actually increased my exposure in Puncak, despite an increase in cash position.
