haiz... sentiment to all the royalty shareholder especially rozali here.. after all the wind wind rain rain, all the hokkien drama, all the guess him cannot (估佢唔到), all the blame game, all the rumors and rivalry, all the sudahkena drive by and stop by, numerous delay ( with all the swear especially i3 member here ) etc etc.. finally it's finish. Yes, finally deal done, puncak should trade heading to 3.00 level tomorrow and then awaiting for next catayst..... sepecial dividend due to declare...hopefully, puncak board meeting can be held soonest and decide on dividend entitlment. Hahaha, another round of handsome profit is on making.

I have free up margin line in oil and gas stock today, skept, knm, armanda, all sold for 4d contra profit again..... The margin line now is more than enough to pick up all puncak and kps stake that bought today. Ready to roll water theme stock profit again.

It is free and fair market, everyone share same right and time to buy or sell, all have equal chance and opptunitiy, unless someone claim is insider then he or she only can have upperhand. Otherwise, there is NOT different among us....therefore, no sifu here.

Hahaha, everyone should be happy, puncak deal is finally resolved. Share price also at 2.87 now, expect heading to 3.00 tomorrow....and should try and above 3.00....it is matter of time now and to get rewarded even more...a overdue special dividend....time gap between few day to few week is needed for puncak board and rozali to set dividend entitlment date.

Kps have 91% stake in abbass and 30% satke in splash. On the other hand, gamuda have 40% stake in splash.

The next water consolidation will be to take over abbass from kps.....follow by splash from kps and gamuda.

　商業高峰向馬證交所報備，就水務資產脫售計劃，今日接獲雪州水供管理有限公司總值15億5430萬令吉的最后付款。

　換句話說，上述資產脫售宣告完成，Puncak Niaga（馬）私人有限公司和雪州水供有限公司（簡稱Syabas），從今日起不再是商業高峰的子公司和聯營公司。

　商業高峰早前分別持有Puncak Niaga（馬）私人有限公司和Syabas的100%和70%股權。

　Puncak Niaga（馬）私人有限公司同日將2家獨資子公司，即2股的Ideal水務資產有限公司，以及100股Unggul Raya（馬）私人有限公司，轉移至商業高峰，收購價分別為2令吉和100令吉。

　雪州政府通過雪州水供管理有限公司，在最后期限即今日，接管雪州水務資產。　

　另外，馬證交所今日告知，根據PN16上市條例，商業高峰不屬于現金公司。
