I sort of agree with HosehLim.
Reasons are simple:
1. EMS no in-depth technical and no technical knowhow. The risk of "replaceable" is high.
2. Customer main objective is making profit. Sure will look for alternative is not happy with the profit margin.
3. EMS profit margin is very low. Invest money doesn't mean will be able to increase profit margin. If customer not happy, can just terminate.
4. Today may be "labor abuse", tomorrow may be something else. To terminate, sure will have "reasons".

So EMS companies must be aggressive to look for more customer to diversify and improve the gross margin, else the risk like today's ATAIMS may happen to anyone of them in future.
