i still holding since RM6.78. Then continue add on when drop to RM6.26. After result out then someone say KYY disposing, i add some on RM7.10. Until now still no announcement from bursa stated that KYY is disposing even a single share. Also the share price move up since then. I start to doubt "someone" credibility to claim that KYYis disposing latitude
Fr what I can see KYY is a smart investor. He can see that all furniture stocks are trading fr 13 to 15pe except for Latitude at PE of 9. With the earning reporting season coming, and the USD spiking, it is a recipe of strong tailwind to push the prices up.
I think someone get paid and purposely spread rumours on Hevea to push down the price. It is small problems but someone purposely stir it up. Afterall the fundamental is still good. If the rumours is true, those bad news would have published at the Edge already. Thanks to the rumours, I bought in more Hevea. At this market situation, tell me which counters is better than export counters ?
but the problem is:- Notice of Person Ceasing (29C)

Koon ceases to be Latitude's substantial shareholder By Tan Siew Mung / theedgemarkets.com | January 11, 2016 : 9:37 PM MYT Printer-friendly versionSend by emailPDF version Translated by Google Translator: Select Language▼ KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 11): Investor Koon Yew Yin has ceased to be Latitude Tree Holdings Bhd's substantial shareholder, after disposing of 321,600 shares in the integrated household furniture manufacturer on Nov 24 last year.
According to the company's Bursa Malaysia filings today, Koon had, between Nov 11 and Nov 23, acquired, transferred and disposed of a multitude of Latitude's shares.
The period saw a net disposal of 1.44 million shares and that following the shareholding changes, left Koon with 5.08 million shares or a 5.23% stake of the company prior to his cessation as a substantial shareholder.
Koon started to acquire Latitude shares since Oct 2, 2014 and emerged as a major shareholder with a 5.01% stake.
Latitude was the third top gainer across the bourse today, after rising 5.97% or 45 sen to RM7.99, though it only saw a slim volume of some 362,700 shares being traded. The current price gives it a market capitalisation of RM732.9 million.
KYY in trouble. anyone here can just report to Bursa as KYY deliberately delayed the announcement by over 1 month. under Bursa listing requirement, he has to notify any transactions within 7 days.
KYY sold out is good news....as the major shareholder of top management don't like outsider like KYY disturbing their decision on any company directions.....not all the rich PPL like KYY...as they felt challenged and angry with him to "instruct" the top management to do any decision....with KYY leaving, the top management might starting to increase the share price, perhaps they like to reward to smaller shareholders like us as we keep their share longer.....now they might consider for "Good News" to reward us, in fact bringing up the whole company value!!!
SC just for my info. Is there a rule in Bursa that have to inform within 7 days when any transaction is made. So now how about this KYY case only inform now when all done on 24/11/15??

Latitud still is the cheapest furniture counter with PE less than 10 & with highest EPS among its peers.
