　　（吉隆坡29日讯）过去6年，本地钢铁业者一直艰辛地经营，主要是来自中国的廉价产品充斥着区域市场。但是下游业者没有像上游业者般赚幅遭到大幅侵蚀。
　　对于泉发资源有限公司（CHUAN，7016，贸易服务组）来说，它的解决办法是专注于提供较传统钢铁产品为多的增值服务和产品，因传统钢铁经营赚幅较为微薄。
　　事实上，它计划在2016年设立多3座新工厂，以扩充切割和扭曲钢条服务和钢筋网的产能。
　　该集团副董事经理拿督林隆兴告诉传媒：“我们希望扩大我们的钢铁服务中心，因为我们已注意到市场对钢筋网的需求比较旺盛。”
　　他称：“我们将钢铁服务中心的产能由每月的6000吨增加67％至1万吨。一旦该3座工厂在明年初按计划投产后，上述业务的扩充应可使到营业额出现两位数的增长。”
　　在截至2014年12月31日止财政年中，钢铁服务中心贡献集团总营业额7亿870万令吉的15％。而五金与建材贸易则占总营业额的77％。
　　林氏承认，在上述贸易中少不了会出现一些抢食情况，不过增值业务将会给集团更好的赚幅。
　　在2014年第4财季，泉发资源净亏损93万5000令吉，但在去年同期录得163万令吉的净利润，而营业额则上升4.5％至1亿8183万令吉。
　　此外，在全年业绩方面，它的净利润按年从941万令吉飙涨至2134万令吉，主要是产业投资获得1868万令吉的公平值收益。至于营业额则按年微扬2.2％至7亿870万令吉。
　　它的其中一项服务，就是为铁路建筑商提供特别要求的经切割和扭曲的钢条，因该产品既方便又快捷。至于传统的标准长度钢条，在购买后又需自行切割，会使到工作更加繁复。
　　他解释：“目前，承包商正在寻找增值服务。而提供切割和扭曲钢条服务已经在市场上出现一段很长时间，但是现在需求特别强劲，主要是正在进行中的建筑和基础设施项目需要该项产品。”
　　他补充：“我们的优势是拥有庞大的客户群，以及与承包商的长期良好关系。这是一个关键市场，因为你需要具备较佳的竞争力。承包商所采购的对象必须是有信用、产品可靠及有素质，而且准时交货，因为它们不想令到工程出现拖延的风险。”
　　除了钢铁业务外，泉发资源也是打印器材分销商。它是通过持股63.85％在创业板上市的旺梨资源有限公司（PINEAPP，0006）供应电脑硬件、软件及配件，以及相关服务。
　　在2014财政年中，资讯相关产品的贸易为泉发资源的总营业额贡献7420万令吉。目前，它在全国各地拥有30家零售分店，以及销售多达1000种产品。
　　林氏补充：“虽然在零售方面的竞争是非常激烈，但是我们看到电子商务还有很大的增长空间。目前在线销售只占我们总营业额的5％，预计在3年内将会增长到至少20％。至于消费税所带来的任何影响将会是短暂的。”

Yeah. He brought many people to Holland already. If really want to buy steel stock, LeonFB is the one and only undervalued now. The rest all up like nobody business, better don't chase.
