... the reason i said that: dealing with difference is not easy, you have to come out lots of words to get people to see your point. secondly we human always have something fixed in us, our habit, our reaction, remember all the bad stuff denying the good one, it includes me. dealing with ourselves is even more difficult, believe me i gone through hell with my habit. a little bit of calm, peace is sweet to the heart toning down the inflamed overheated head. just let thing be, the nature is gentle enough to offer us the goodness, the tree, the flower, the bird, the river even a cup of nature's tea. is a matter of whether we open enough to allow it, letting go, we are no enemies just making a living, just have some fixed belief don't you agree. i wish you well, i wish everybody well.

We don't care whether it is a black cat or white cat, as long as it is a good cat, we feed it! We don't care whether it is a good stock or pn17 stock, as long as its price can rocket up, we play it!! We don't care whether it will sink back in few weeks or few months time, as long as it can bring us profit tomorrow or two days later, then we should take the opportunity not to miss it!!! Who care about two months or six months later? Once we make money in few days time, we should lari!!!! Then six months later may be we are enjoying our lives having vacation all around the world!!!!!! HUATTTT AHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

when first time sahamking123 said patimas will achieve 0.2, i also think not possible. but on 17 Jan 2013, it break 0.205. Good TP at that moment.
Hope it can come back 0.2 , 0.3, 0.4..Huat ah.

（吉隆坡3日訊）《中國報》探悉，透過中國私募基金入股巴迪馬斯（PATIMAS，7042，主要板科技）的香港夥伴，實為中國騰訊集團（Tencent）的代表。

　消息說，上週購入巴迪馬斯5.5%股權的福泰中國投資控股（China Private Equity Investment Holdings），其實是騰訊集團的“前峰”，以在我國數據中心（Data Centre）計劃中分一杯羹。

　在經濟轉型執行方案下，數據中心被鑑定其中一項啟動計劃，政府目前正集中火力推動，放眼2015年成為區域數據中心，預計可在2020年創造1萬3290個就業機會，並貢獻24億令吉國民總收入。

　消息指出：“除了香港夥伴，巴迪馬斯大股東拿督斯里阿欣查比迪也與UDA控股（UDA Holdings）達至合作，3方聯手掌控公司，這已獲得政府首肯；UDA控股既是為照顧政府利益。”

　受到中國私募基金入股利好帶動，巴迪馬斯股價上週四（31日）閉市微起0.5仙至12仙。

　UDA控股為政聯企業，主要負責城市發展；至于福泰中國投資控股為倫敦交易所上市公司，業務集中在中國。

　阿欣查比迪持有巴迪馬斯7%股權，他告訴《商業時報》，希望可借助一些政聯企業（GLC）朋友的專業技術，扭轉巴迪馬斯命運，且最快于下週進行重組計劃。

　“我已和UDA控股主席拿督努嘉茲蘭談過，讓他助我一臂之力，重組巴迪馬斯，我們需要像努嘉茲蘭這樣的人，以挽回公司聲望及威信。”

The Board of Directors of Patimas wishes to announce that the Company had received a letter dated 31 January 2013 and notice pursuant to Sections 128 and 153 of the Companies Act, 1965 dated 31 January 2013, both from Syawaras Sdn Bhd and CPE Growth Capital Limited requesting for an Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) to be held for the purposes of considering and if thought fit, passing the following resolutions, as Ordinary Resolutions of the Company:-

1. RESOLVED that Dato' Ng Back Heang be and is hereby removed from office as a director of the Company, with immediate effect.

2. RESOLVED that Robert Daniel Tan Kim Leng be and is hereby removed from office as a director of the Company, with immediate effect.

3. RESOLVED that Law Siew Ngoh be and is hereby removed from office as a director of the Company, with immediate effect.

4. RESOLVED that subject to him having consented to act as a director, Dato' Seri Abdul Azim Bin Mohd Zabidi be and is hereby appointed as a director of the Company, with immediate effect.

5. RESOLVED that subject to him having consented to act as a director, Datuk Nur Jazlan Bin Mohamed be and is hereby appointed as a director of the Company, with immediate effect.
