PP is a win win case for both Seacera & PP investors. Company got extra cash flows and PP investors pocketed profit at the expense of the innocent minority shareholders!

but Iclwyp...i dont think minority would been able to absorb so many shares, most a million or two....It was 37 million. even worst case 5 million share bought by minority how this would benefited PP/company....my 2 cents

Add more to average down if you have real cash not contra. Once land sold limit up for sure. High percentage sell off the land by this year. Maybe today you won't know.
