I think that the directors are too committed. Company likely have no cash flow and directors exercise ESOS to raise fund for the company.

The force selling is beyond their expectations else they won't fixed ESOS price at 0.305.

If really so, really salute the directors. Hopefully private placement can raised more fund for the company

Prior to force selling, 3 major shareholders collectively hold 146m shares or 38.6%. After force selling and continue selling by the major shareholders, existing 2 major shareholders ceased to become substantial shareholders holding 1% and 0.5% each or lesser.

The only existing major shareholder still holds 7.6% and the new coming Mohd Fahmi holds 5.55%.

The above 2 shareholders now hold less than 15% of the Company.
