Yes it is a malay company- pro bn ? Formerly share shot up in 2016 purportedly obtained malaysia thai border fencing project.

Now it is mr BOD 1% .

So , whoever want to become md and control d board, u just need to invest rm 47,100 ( buy 1%) @1.5c

My hostile rivalry is from twl- he is owning 17% but hopefully he will sell out tmr @1.5c as suggested by our sane minded lots to sell n forget.

If not wrong, the land is pegged against the preference shares issued at subsidiary level. Believe the Malay were the subscriber. Anything to deal with the land must seek consent from the preference share holders unless or until it is fully redeemed. No one can touch the land even if TWL controls the board later
