Don't look at it now. Look beyond it.

There will be a Massive RM6.5 Billions for Redevelopment.

Land cost is only RM10.30 per sq ft.

There is now a danger to GSB. The Cost of GSB lands for G Residence is not cheap. It was BEETHOVAN Before it was demolished. G Residence has high holding cost. So with only 40% sales it is in danger of insolvency & default.

at least they don't build mouldy villas like those in the picture. forget it lah calvin, your claim of RM6.5 billion is non-existence, G Residence exist and sales are going great, unlike kbunai villas rotting away. Even if I don't buy GSB, I wont be buying kbunai.

Can't say much about kbunai but Calvin has done lots of ground work. To be fair the g residents sales personnel said the proj is a jv so that helps mitigate some of the land costs..

yes, G Residence is a join venture project, calvin again tries to spin another lie saying that GSB has high holding cost on the G residence land. I don't think Calvin has done any groundwork, he just go investlah and copy some of the information from there. His ultimate aim is to get everyone here to buy kbunai.

You must check carefully in Gadang tread. I wish to see Gadang do well as I bought one house just
minutes away from Gadang Capital City 21.
I also bought one single storey house for my investor near G Residence. So I hope G Residence sell well.
But wish is one thing. Reality is another. And ultimate what is true prevails.

The Pasir Gudang highway is now being upgraded from 4 LANES TO 6 lanes. Good FOR G Residence.

However I just bought some white stones.

First purchase RM13.00 per bag of 25 kg

Second order price increased to RM14.50

When Stock ran out I placed a 3rd Order. This time price has gone up to RM17.00

There is terrible inflation in Malaysia due to GST and Collapse of Ringgit Against Renminbi

Any news on booming bentong spill off from genting highlands. Pg highway augurs well for eco world n mah sing who have large undeveloped landbank. Did u get the stones from oriental stone.good stuff.

I bought decorative stones from Jubin - importer for Thai & China Tiles & Stones. As to Genting, Bentong & Penang I haven't been there for sometime.

My days are mostly spent in Iskandar. The Iskandar Boom is Very Real.

My advise is to keep watch first on 3 things

1) Announcement of Spore Thomson - Johor MRT. This will spur buying

2) Relaxation of loans by banks for Iskandar Region

3) Sales Progress of G Residence.

If these are in alignment then only start buying. There is no hurry now.

Hi feizai, if you intent to buy for long-term investment, just buy at the price you fill comfortable with, as for me, any price below 0.12, i'm ok.

To me, the counter is a hidden gems, like i spoted Gadang when the price is below 0.55 sometime in early 2013, and it went up all the way to 2.00, somewhere in middle of 2014.

Once the properties revenue start to factor it into the accounts, then this counter will start to appreciate in price. I'm happy if it manage to increase 5 folds from the current price in year 2016/2017.

Hi feizai, IMO, the roller coaster price is due to panic selling on news about 20% Private Placement Proposal annouce on Tuesday by HLIB and the contra player's take this oppotunity to sell high and buy low. Once it go down to 0.10, the seller stop, and 0.01 mean alot to the contra player's.

And see now, it goes back to 0.11. Feel free to buy at the price's you are confortable with, weather is below or above 0.11 and sit and wait

Anyway, decision to buy is at your hand not others.

wiki123, The Private Placement Proposal was summitted to SC by HLIB last Thursday, and it will take at least 2~3 months to get approve.

If the quater results that will be release by before or end of this month, and if it's positive, then why not the placement price by higher than 0.11. That is my opinion.

Next week 4Q report will determine either to hold or sell all. If the property sales not included in their report, sure this is con stock bcoz they talk about property many years ago.. If included with small profit/loss, it is still ok.

just to remind GSB holders the words given last Feb.. February 4, 2015

GSB Group Bhd expects its new property business will contribute almost all of the group’s profits for the 2015 financial year, and take the company back into the black.
“We see the property business overtaking the optical disk business for this financial year and turning the company back to black. GSB is already making profits at the moment,” said Gan.

My guess is that, GSB is purposely pressed down so that insider can get private placement shares cheap ( 5 days avg price ) before the release of the profitable financial results, which will catapult GSB into another level.
