In my opinion, tiger will continue to fall to 0.6 - 0.65, forcing people to sell while they accumulate at lower price. Once accumulate enough then will goreng 1 shot !

Share par value already reduced from 0.20 to 0.08, I don't think share split is possible in short term. Might even think of consolidation given the large amount of shares.

Given the weak share price performance of Tiger over the last 3 months, there is a very high likelihood whereby its recent rights issue was not taken up by most of its shareholders. Hence, its capital base could have remained pretty much the same and its fundamentals have neither improved or deteriorated. Unfortunately, its share price has however dropped quite a lot (in terms of percentage) from its previous 9 sen level....

Take up rate of rights will be known on 12/2/2016. Most likely will be fully taken up. Can get at cheaper price upon listing of rights issue on 18/2/2016.

KUALA LUMPUR: Tiger Synergy Bhd (TSB) is aiming for a 200% increase in revenue for the financial year ended June 30, 2016 following the acquisition of a semiconductor company and the launch of new property projects.

Managing director Shirley Tan Lee Chin said the proposed acquisition of the semiconductor company, BPE Synergy Engineering Sdn Bhd, was expected to be completed by the second half of this year with a purchase consideration of RM16mil via share swap.

She told reporters this after the signing of a memorandum of understanding between TSB and BPE.

Tan said BPE would contribute at least RM18mil to group revenue.

“The acquisition is aimed at promoting business diversification, enhance the group’s revenue and profit as well as allow us to value add our property offerings by including smart-home features leveraging on the BPE expertise,” Tan added.

BPE specialises in the design and assembly of printed-circuit boards, repair and maintenance. TSB will acquire 1.8 million shares of BPE in exchange for the issuance and allotment of 200 million of its shares at an issue price of eight sen.

“The MoU will also entail a profit guarantee of at least RM2mil per financial year for a continuous period of three years upon completion of the share swap,” said Tan.

On the company’s property segment, TSB is expected to launch at least five projects in two years with a gross development value of RM500mil. — Bernama

I think will go down further to 0.04 , down the drain since 3yrs ago... fat chance to climb pass 0.10 in anytime. Major shareholders dont play LaoQian left right left right, then it may be possible.

prince.. thanks a lot for the response.. can you explain further on 'financial engineering'.. Will it be positive or negative in terms of share price? I bought tiger a long time ago, at so much high price. my mistake of not cutting loss earlier and another mistake of not selling it when the price go up to 0.095 around last month
