Thanks Hwang...i just saw the report at Bursa . But i feel weird why they wana claim for RM15mil when losses was just RM 9mil? Their replies : U usualy wont get the max out of your losses, thats why they hv to elevate their claims.

Generally, the sum of insured will be higher than the net book value of the asset, as sum of insured is based on the replacement cost. Hence, it is right that the company make gain from the insurance claimed.
I believe that ppl afraid the fire incident make the company turn to loss in this quarter. As such, they don't dare to buy in share before the findings of fire incident. Hence, the announcement of the fire incident claimed can confort the investors at certain extent. To me, this is a positive news to the company.
