Uchitec is a very low profile company... but every time when I look at their quarterly/annual report, and the way they treat shareholders, I just have calm in mind no matter how fluctuate the price is.
What growth?? Its Revenue & PATMI contracts around -1.5% CAGR over the past 10 years. Its a contracting company, not growth company. The only thing that support the stock price is its consistent & increasing dividend. If one day they cut it, the stock price going to dive.
Uchitec is a contracting company ......so as a contracting company , its sales and profit will highly depend on that other company .....so exclude the dividend good point .....
Do you all think it is good to hold and buy on ......exclude the dividend reason .....
Other than good dividend , I m looking also to good growth .....profit growth and expansion Any idea , opinion to share ?????
@RainT: Let's put this way.. you are looking for a wife, she has to look pretty, able to earn high income, good at house keeping, cooking, soft and kind heart... you can list out all the attributes about a wife that you are chasing for. But, do you really need all that for someone to become your wife?
In my opinion, as long as she just looks decent and can live independently ( good fundamentals), and willing to share responsibility (paying dividends) with you, pls don't let her go.
Again, nothing is eternity in this world, what even more about a company?
This is what this company is worthy of. As the retailed investors, we just have to admit will never get the full story behind any public listed company, meaning that we will never be guaranteed if its price is moving up in any times.
What we are sure of is what we can see(quaterly, annual reports) and get(dividends). If one day Uchitec tumbles, you are not seemed as loosing everything because you already received so much dividends in the past.
contracting company? check the net margins - if it is a contracting company based on such margins - then it has to be a extremely special contracting company :D :P
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
