They alrdy used 2/3 of bullets, with 1/3 left they will struggle to press below 2.0, let alone 65sen. That's why they need more retailers to cut loss at this price, so that they can save more bullets to press further down later. So it means, if u cut loss, u r only helping the ppl who have robbed u in the first place, to further rob others. If u hold, then they have to keep dispensing their borrowed bullets until they run out. Then what happen after that would be interesting to watch.
