Financial impact of the Letter of Demand on the Century Group

In the unlikely event that Nestle’s demand materializes, there will be no material financial impact on the Century Group.

I have a few friends doing different logistic company and their salary increment is 20%. If the company is that bad why do they give salary increment to their staff? be smart dont panic selling due to the selling sentiment.

I believe it is overdone. Look back its fundamental. Their dividend is attractive at > 8% Similar to Padini, selling is overdone on the GST impact. Padini yield is > 8% too

Don't worry. the company will announce its quarterly report at mid of the month, i.e. 15th to 21th of Aug. We expect it to declare additional "special dividend" of 2.5 sen from the disposal gain on property of RM9.2 mil, completed in Jun 2015. In addition to its 2 sen "normal interim dividend", we expect it to declare 4.5 sen this quarter.

the lawsuit from nestle simply means Century has lost the biggest customer in the world. Nestle.

many other smaller customers would follow suit. plus this may be the beginning of more legal prob exposing operational weaknesses in Century.

downtrend just started. more downside..

Consider the overall market outlook..its like shit now for nearly 3-4 month continuesly...mostly effect invester confident to invest, vollume might be lower and most of people will just play on short trade in morning and cut loss, evening after lunch all go tido already
