this company is actually a gem hidden in the bush.

reason:

a) many trader play jinggo shares. lack of trader in this shares which is good at the moment.
b) they had embark in the journey of exploration into e-commerce logistic(exploitation vs exploration)
c) Public Bank and Affin Hwang had cover this shares
d) Every single industry is undergoing transformation(due to digitization and change of behavior etc)and logistic is not an industry to be left out from the transformation.
e) Business takes precedent over the share price and same goes to Century. Century has an enormous leverage(CJ KOREX) to capture the marketshare in Malaysia =)
f) do your own research ya.

my tp for this company would be different from public bank and affin.

a) I do not know the cards in their hand.
b) This shares remain in portfolio notwithstanding the market outlook.

century will start their parcel delivery when 2nd half of 2017. they plan to use 1/3 of the new multilevel warehouse.(only 1/3 of the space, if ecommerce so good why only 1/3?).
at least 2 more quarters we wont see the benefit of parcel delivery in the report as they never start yet. now they dont even start the parcel delivery yet and the share price already shot up. people are "sugar rush" about logistic company.
they said they prepare to burn money for 2 years for the parcel delivery. (ps. tiong nam also says their parcel delivery will fruited when 2019), obviously parcel delivery seem to need about 2 years time to built up the economic of scale.
the parcel delivery new comers are excited but not so optimistic about the market. and now people give high pe for parcel delivery, outsider are more excited than insider. seem funny to me.
like ysl888 said buy sell hold at your own decision.

you may be right that it is overvalued at this point. I think it's fairly valued. I'm looking at beyond 1Q....2Q at least. the question is can you get it at a lower price later, or better to ignore this stock for now? let's make our own decisions.

Bought Century in Dec 2007 at RM2.04. After factoring in all cash div, share div, share split and bonus(exclude the free WB), made 180% profit in total.
The number is seemingly great, but in fact most of the holding time, the number was in red. If you hold long enough, you will understand the pain and patient. Sigh, making money from Bursa is not an easy job.
