it moved up to 1.15 then due to greece unstability , market sentiments pushed it back down, that is what you're seeing. Of coz when market is not stable, the share wont go up, most global stock are affected. This all will be only be until end of month, whether Greece leaves EU or not not much long term impact on other markets except Greece itself. The fact that the share price hovering around same values not going up rapidly and going down rapidly shows how stable this share is. Of coz, good luck to you if you are playing contra. For the investors, this is a harvest opportunity. I myself am waiting to see if price can go down to be able to buy some more.
