Hi guy. For those investing in Skpres, allow me to share some internal secrets of this company. Over 50% sales of VS & Skpres come from Dyson. In Greater China, Dyson let Jebsen to distribute its products. I check Jensen's public announcement. In July 2013, 85 Dyson outlets have been officially opened. In Sept 2013, 100 Dyson outlets opened. End of 2013, Jensen said it has confident to open till 200 outlets as projected by Dyson's spokesperson in 2012 to expand in Greater China. I found out that VS & Skpres sales have direct correlation. When Skpres sales dropped in 3rd & 4th quarter of 2013 & 1st quarter of 2014, VS sales also stagnant at the same time. As both companies over 50% sales from Dyson, the latest VS sale improved significantly with +ve result, I believe the coming quarterly EPS will be much better.

Buy on weakness, now. If the coming result is not good, why Mr Gan bought back over 12 million units stocks in August & Sept 2013? In contrast, when Mr Gan felt that the result is not good, he will choose to sell off some stocks. In Feb 2013, Mr Gan sold out 90 million units stock or 10% to Lembaga Tabung Haji because he realized that the coming report for 3rd & 4th quarter of 2013 will not be good & he can't see over 6 months sales order. So he chooses to sell off 10% stock. But in June 2013 to Sept 2013, he know the likely sales order & so, he bought back 12 million units stock.

So guys, dun miss the chance to buy at discounted price NOW.

When VS reported its BETTER quarterly report, the stock shoot up from RM1.20 to RM1.37 now or over 10% gain. If same thing happens to SKpres, this means this stock will challenge RM0.38 & once RM0.38 is breakthrough, RM0.40 is the next target or over 15% gain with improved quarterly report.

most of FA counter was very steady and not fluctuated much, with stable price and within 12 month holding usually will receive dividend so what the lost here? but TA counter sometime the Chart can be lie's when it was manipulated by some Bigboy or syndicate trader. continuing holding and div reinvestment over the year FA follower can get reasonable gain so nothing to worry. but if FA counter sudently becoming Target of manipulative Goreng to irrational Value thats is the best time to Sell, and off cause when the price fall after the goreng session over we will buyback and shopping at cheaper price. LOL.

SKP Resources, A growth stock

SKPR’s revenue and earnings has been growing at a compounded annual growth rate of 20% and 18% respectively for the last 5 years as shown in the table below.

TA and OSK forecasted that its revenue and earnings will continue to grow at an average of 16.7% and 19.4% a year respectively for the next three years. SKPR is hence considered as a growth stock with growth rate more than 15% a year. However at a closing share price of 31.5 sen on 5th April 2013, SKPR is trading at a very low PE ratio of 5.1 (<<10), PEG of 0.3 (<<1), a P/B of 1.2 (<1.5), and a dividend yield of 9.8% (>>3.5%). Hence SKPR is not only a growth stock, it is also a value stock in every aspect.

A high growth stock has a major concern; that is if the growth adds value to the firm. Growth is considered shareholder value enhancing if the growth in earnings exceeds the weighted average cost of capital of the firm. With a return of total capital of 20.5% last year, it has clearly demonstrated that the growth is shareholder value enhancing.

So is SKPR a free lunch for investors; one with high growth and yet selling at a very cheap price?

Hi JayC. Normally when a shareholder wants to increase its holdings or reduce its holding, it has to inform Bursa. So, I look at the notice given to Bursa at 17th Oct 2013 without any confirmation of buying or selling. No idea at it. You see, when you see intention to deal, it is usually associated with buying or selling notice. This one, none.

But look at the recent buyback by Mr Gan, this should not be any issue.

1. SKP is gonna announce Q2 result within these 2 weeks. I am expecting them to announce 1.3 cent EPS vs 1.0 for Q1. That would be a increase of 30% EPSGrowth (QoQ)
2. Assuming same with share price. increase of 30% in share price is 0.35 x30% = 0.455 cent
3. Together with the result, they will also be announcing first interim dividend. Expected to announce 1.1 cent (single tier) vs 1.3 last year.
4. Buying the share now, not only you get to receive dividend within 2 month, but also for their growth in dyson that is expending aggresively in china for 2014

Verdict:- High confident/maximum bet

Result will be announced last week of November, like many of the listed company
Assuming they pay 1.1cent dividend, the yield is 0.011/0.35 = 3.15% for first interim!

There's only one reason why the price is not go up. The accumulation phase is not yet over by the wise smart money. If we want to invest our fund in high quality investment grade stock like skpres there's no shortcut as this stock is not for those with quick rich mentality. Only those with ultimate holding power will survive in this game.

Always think Zhulian. A lot of investors fed up when its price stucked within the range of 1.80 to 2.20 for almost three years. They sold and buy other unpromising shares instead. Nobody guess that whoever planted the Zhulian tree three years ago are now smiling enjoying the sweetness of the Zhulian fruits n laughing all the way to the bank and those who still want to stay invested will still able to collect their divvy every three months for the rest of their lifetime. How nice. Buy Zhulian now? Haha..

I believe Skpres is another Zhulian in the making. They possesed the same characteristics, low PE, high divvy, consistent growth, reputable brand (supplier of Dyson), debt free etc. Fundamental basics as above everyone know but only a few are convinced n as usual most of people will end up chasing hot stocks n finaly went bankrupt.

Time will tell what will happen next to skpres. As usual only the power holders will survive..Guys let explore and get thru the true patience of planting skpres tree.. but always think that we will not harvest the the skpres fruits tomorrow, next week, next months or next year but until the end of our lifetime...Like what WB said Our Holding Period Is Forever...
