Actually there is synergy between DOH and DING Business. 8 days ago DIng talks about future of DBE. Turns Chicken breeding and Farming to F&B business aka Harumi restuarant , Kiosk and delivery Van. One thing that catch my attention, DBE control the supply , process and by the time Harumi bought the chicken form DBE remember DBE and Harumi two different entity , the cost of chicken is cheaper. Ding said Harumi profit margin is higher. He also touch on product innovation is the key to future success catering to local taste first. In Malaysia , caters to Malaysian taste , In Taiwan Caters to Taiwanese Taste , In Indonesia caters to Indonesia Taste. That is products innovation. But to expand Harumi restaurant , it will be a huge cost in rental that why rent all those cheap place where there is no traffic. Solution ... DOH ..... in property ..... Well hope you can draws the line form here. Buy because of this senergy.... some of DOH property turns to Restaurant. Asset injection by DOH property to DBE. Harumi rent the Asset injection form DOH in DBE.
The property get rental... Harumi get reasonable rent of DBE property in niche location.
Control cost again and win win situation.

If I am not mistaken I did covers this matter in my last post.

I am now starting to accumulate mother shares backs after I sold some .....

Property injection by DOH is matter of time because at this moment property and construction theme is on the "low" side. Grow with DBE have a better chance.

Another 25 days...2nd qtr will finish June 30th..
Most probably losses again....buying land and developing it will take time.....dbe's problems are not that the property section can take off...its Ding and his losses at the poultry section...
Each qtr damage getting worse...
