According to Dato Jimmy Doh, Lagenda plans to distribute 25%-35% of profit as dividend. https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=373239867446138

Assuming FY21 PAT: RM100mil, min dividend will be RM25mil/483mil shares = 5.17cents/shares
Based on 6/11 closing price 98.5 cent, we will get at least 5.25% dividend!

You shouldn't worry about the RCPS. Management already mentioned in the latest interview that they not going to convert the balance 546 millions RCPS at this period.
