Lousy or not , not very sure but i am sure that the housing they built in perak area is too much lousy, just like cendawan after rain, keep on build and build but target on low income family....
perak become rural area is one of the contribution of this legend developer

This co. in fact got a lot of project, their BBSAP is the largest housing project in perak state. Next is their Lagenda teluk intan, some more a lot of housing project in perak, all low cost but profitable project.
One thing i hate about lagenda is they keep aiming for low income family, with the existence of lagenda, perak will not able to shine like other states.
