Lets hope Federal Court will reject the case then Msiq also cannot appeal to Federal Court.....
High Court's reassessment will proceed as schedule on 22 Jan(i think is correct date)

hein....If Federal Court accept then Dps's lawyer will proceed with its plan (will be announced)
All lawyer attend court with a plan or strategy to Win or delay case......If you didn't attend court,
don't listen to rumours here ( extremely bias )

Haha, I stay in johor bahru. Quite far for me to attend. Thank you for sharing court procedure. My plan is wait. Court case already come to final stage. Longest wait I think another 12 months lor.

Since no new date, look liked DPS's application for leave to appeal has completed.

1) If the application is allowed, then proceed to the Appeal Proper stage (2nd stage).
In the coming days/week, there is will be a NEW case number for Shantawood vs MSIG in the federal court cause list, which should be fixed for case management in about 1 to 2 month time.

2) If the application is not allowed, then the appeal at federal court is finished. Matter is moved to high court for re-assessment.

The most likely result is the former. In the coming days/week, go through the federal court cause list for the next 1 to 2 month for the new case number for shantawood vs MSIG. If u have no patience for that, just call up the federal court.
