The way the lots are being traded is interesting, DPS ain't finished yet, it is being groomed for a few more wave of heavy trading. Lots of patience required so take your position early. There won't be time to jump in once the action starts.

U can get it at Dps announcement on 28/04/16 ( multiple proposals ) , the development of the project is expected to commence in January of 2017 and shall be completed within 60 months.

Johnny, that announcement for my personal view is proposal. Proposal is not genuine project. As I know, if they want to start this housing project. They need to inject money first.

to 2m/each.....today 0.105 increase to 3m while the rest revert back to 1m......
I think operator is very sensitive to any announcement....don't want retailers to enter

ngch....really depends on how much Peter wants to borrow and how much Bank willing to lend...
Shares as loan collateral has low weightage (cannot borrow very much from commercial banks) But there are syndicated loan which is more expensive to borrow but you have to maintain Dps share above certain level-----until we have announcement all sayings are just heresay

i think 0.25 is the target price for short term and 0.45 for long term. If buy now and wait for 1 month, the return is about 150%. which is better than any other stock. The fundamental support level is @ 0.10. Catch before too late.

on last year 21/04, the price was moving around 0.105 to 0.11. At that point of time, the result by COA is still a question mark. One year later, the price slowly bounced back to 0.105 after hibernating for 6 months @ 0.08. Dear frens, this stock is a potential stock and the price is going to shoot up very soon just like Boonkoon(7187) 1 day increase 50% for warrant.
1st positive point=DPS has won the case (better than 21/04 last year which the result from COA was still a question mark at that point of time)
2nd positive point=DPS had turned around from riding on bank borrowings to NET CASH position
3rd postive point=Tanjung Minyak Project is a sellable housing development projects
4th positive point=The court case is approaching to the end. The 24/04 court case is the final decision.Tafsiran di depan YM Hakim means there will be answer on the coming 24/04 court case.

Boonkoon (7187) is very similiar case to DPS. My target price for DPS is 0.25 and 0.40

BKOON on news of RM22M payout for the disposal of its shares in Hitachi pushed its price from 12 sen to 30 sen.

Can the same RM20M++ insurance payout have the same catalyst effect to DPS share which is floating at 10 sen?

The buying queue for 0.10 remain strong. 1,042,200 divided by 6 seller equivalent to 173,700 meaning to say that the BB and shark is waiting to sapu at 0.10. Something is coming the way to DPS.

Optimistic on future is a good thing. But 22/4 might.not be a final decision date if judge cannot make decision on that day, it is not impossible to have new hearing date since no one can tell confirm judge can come out results. The property for TM need time to grow fruits, probably won't see a huge jump on profit shortly if the project only just started. Manufacturing is facing huge challenge to generate profit too, has been red since few quarter. Dun buy dps solely on court case.

Year 2011 harvest goreng up to rm1.00 ++ after that dps goreng up to RM0.30++, both of them are timber share.
Year 2017 , today, Anzo goreng up to RM0.50++ . It will follow up by dps , because both of them are change to property share.
