DPS directors all this while playing with fire, with no qualm flouting bursa rules....insurance claims is the only way making grand come back.....dont think there are so stupid letting us know 1st hand news....they will make sure making tons for themselves 1st.....all we can do is to keep calm and wait.....

I think this stock gonna stangant for at least 1 to 2 years. I going dispose my shares d. No hope for this stock. Sell now and buy back when the court case is final. Other furniture player performing for the last 1 year only DPS is exceptional. I really got no eyes to c.......I rather buy MBSB, Karyon and Tiong Nam. Say goodbye to Datuk Peter Sow (DPS).

hopefully the judge will convince both parties to come to a final settlement otherwise may refer to a mediator or arbitrator go conclusion! The RM22 million put in Fixed Deposit under DPS is still earning 3-4% p.a interest which is a loss to MSIG but a written off amount for DPS and hopefully no fraudulent elements done by DPS to prolong the case,,.

so long the payment part yet to solve, this counter will not be play by BB, unless settlement has been reached b4 or by 23 feb. Well the only positive is the waiting period is less than 2 mths b4 the next hearing

23Feb very sure is just case management. And, close file already. Next month then just announce new date. Is it case management too complicated until it take few time delay? Or merely low working performance?

A amicable settlement should be 2 years ago Not now......once you go thru the judicial process
settlement is set by the Court----re-assessement is a second review of the award (no third
review) It has to go a higher court ---Federal Court-----After 2nd Review, award is almost set
in "stone"-----only on rare cases award can be different in Federal Court

This is the court system I know after (in-out for 15 years----always got court case if you have Biz)
High Court can't Review its own judgement only Appeal court (higher) can direct a review----after
this MSIQ can apply to Federal Court to review ( judgement Or Award )
You cannot have a Full Trial in Federal Court unless "New Evidence" are found so it must be
review ( short court time bcoz Case management will limit Court time----not like 15years ago
you can bring in Grandmother story---now it is very professional to reduce thousand of backlog cases )
