most likely one big collector at 0.08 is trying to unload at 0.085.....if he is successful in unloading
at 0.085 then he will collect at 0.085 and sell at 0.095.....once he got the boat rocking...it is
either he gets the Boat moving forward Or tip over-----hahaha
