The reassessment Judge will Decide-----Not me ( Compound Interest at 4 or 5% from 2015 onwards ) Pls note: the reassessment Judge is a lower authority----The 3 Appeal Court Judges are
of Higher Authority(who instruct reassessment)-----Appeal Court is the Last Court in High Court System

Hein, Federal Court didn't accept Dps request bcoz Appeal Court has instructed reassessment First ( Just a Msiq Delaying Tactics---extremely effective) Pls Note: only High Court system allows
this type of delaying tactics bcoz there are so many cases on Q

Federal Court only perform judicial review on whether last Court (Dps case Appeal Court) makes
a technical error on Judgement. Like Najib SRC case: one day job
Federal Court do not simply Accept Cases for review-----70--80%cases Kick-out during Case management session-----Jaks Bhd ended the same way----50mil Judgement confirmed, no wayout

Nobody can accept a 19mil judgement( die-die also cannot accept) But Court system does'nt
act on Human Feeling------you have to prove there is a technical Error in the Judgement. That
is very, very difficult when One High Court judge and 3 Appeal Court Judge agreed on the
judgement

ECRL is a money losing project and a complete waste of taxpayers money. The most important
item is missing in the equation----Cargo. You need heavy industries along the ECRL route to
make it profitable ( steel, Lumber, Concrete )-----We are designing a scenic route for Tourist but
ecrl are Not carrying Tourist but Cargo

Hopefully, HSBC Takaful Insurance will come to an amicable settlement on the RM17 million DPS Fire Claim once MSIG Hong Leong agree to release the RM22 million next week,,,,,17 Plus 22 million cash is a lot of money ...cannot imagine how much DPS will jump on this good news, maybe like Sedania!

In November , 2011, DPS shot up from 12 to as high 40 cts , with the WA almost the same price in a matter of days and came down in the end ....Looks like history may repeat itself and Peter and macai , now holding easily 70% of the Mother and Wa will reap what they have sowed this month of April...better buy now to join them and just cannot imagine the profit they will be making...
