Usually the Judge designated to appear on 17 may, is also the same judge in the case management (can be another judge also). Case management can be conduct anyway, usually
in Judge Office. The only different on 17 May, Judge(s) and Lawyers from both Party Must dress
in Full Court Attire and everything said here will be recorded (dead serious manner )

additional claims is very common in high court judgement ( you got jalan 50/50 ). I still remember
one of my HongLeong case, HL lawyers requested 120,000 for outside professional advise. I show
HL lawyer one finger, my lawyers show 2 fingers. But the problem with these claims and counterClaims got so large, you really need Reassessement to untangle the mess and give a
final number

MCA is very good and well connected in marketing properties---This is well known.

The problem is when Dps is going to recognise Profit and recorded in Dps Quarter Report----
The project is under taken by Shantawood Sdn Bhd. Quarter Report should marked/recorded
that profit is from Tanjung Minyak----or else 47mil profit will disappear from account Books
