the House for sale in this area are price 300,000 to 500,000----where is Low Cost? I suspect

Dps used Sister Co. to build the Houses. We will never see the Real Number. What i saw are funds
to support construction but no money coming back. Proceed from Sale could be diverted to Goreng
Dps shares. So much control of Court info. makes me highly suspicious

A lot of optimism here but why the hesitation? If TP is at mere 0.13 in near future, at current 9 sen that is about 44% return. And 0.13 is the minimum. Why is the hesitation? If the court come out with a favourable decision, push will come to shove, chasing 0.13 will even be difficult.

After running over Peter Sow 2018 annual report, i found that All Peter shares holding 40% are pledged securities under margin account------Die, die also need to support price----

One thing Good, Shoplot+land+ properties under DPS( revaluated) is close to 70mil

Annual Report 2018, All Peter shares are under pledged account in various Brokerage Houses.
I am quite sure margin is based on par value 10cents. Current margin limit of 60% max------
margin call is around 0.0540

Dps Long Term borrowing is 9.6mil so atleast 60mil from 70mil (shop lots + Lands + Mercedes)
are free and usable( can takeup more Loan)

Short-term borrowing is 1.0mil. I think if Biz is stable it should not be any problem. Bcos "other
operating income got about 743K( I presume this are Shop Lots Rental since there are many units
although not specify in recent report)

I have seen far, far worst report like TalamT ( 500mil Negative Reserve). Basically it means All
TalamT Land Banks already Charged to banks-----You still want to pay 4cents for Nothing----too
many idiots around

What i sense from the annual report 2018 is 100% sure DPS will have the biggest revenue since 2010 after March,2019, with conditions that the board of directors won’t misleading us and fulfill to their promise which is written in the annual report. They have several projects start working after March,2019 which needs a lots of capital inflow, so they already know have a lots of money will coming to support the projects within short period, so we already know the claim will come in very soon.

You can see that DPS furniture revenue increase more than 100% in Europe and Asia pacific, mainly revenue is from overseas, they are focusing more profitable market out of country, the problem only is the revenue for Malaysia market is too bad for 2018 compare to 2017, maybe they pass the local market to their Sister company ( SNC )
