31 May, 2019 -----4th Quarter Report should reveal a better picture. Taman Krubong housing
project( 19mil) all single storey only contribute RM 124,603 profits. Tanjung Minyak is 204mil(GVD)
got shop lots should contribute 47mil profit( nothing appears on Quarter report yet )

Looking at the Long Term Borrowing Debt, it is obvious Tanjung Minyak housing projects started
around December 2017-----And Spiked at Dec 2018( 9mil). The question is how a loss making
Company able to get 9mil Bank Loan????
My guess is Peter used "Built-Up Shop-Lots and Single storey" as a collateral to get 9mil Loan.

So i am quite sure Peter will post atleast a "few million" profit in 1Q19-----keeping finger crossed
Hopefully a one-two punch announcement together with 19mil judgement (then goreng time)

investdps, dont put 200% into DPS, 20-30% hope enuf d....i've been riding this useless DPS for a good few years d, gone thru many heartaches, disappointment, etc.....treat it as bonus if really limit up...if no jst move on....big hope, bigger disappointment, so moral of the story dont put too much hope, u will gradually feel better......i've seen many ppl as enthusiastic as u and good example given by KK is ying chai...i jst hope he din lose his underwear promoting dps day in day out......so chill man !

DPS has all the ingredients of becoming the darling stocks in 2019 such as the assured million dollars Fire Claim , better qtr results , having a furniture business to complement their property developments business , NTA 18 cts and price 5.5 to 9 cts for several year and maybe diversifying also -....selling in May syndrome has become buying in May from 8-8.5 cts for DPS due to suppression by operators and the most likely catalyst will become when the Directors informed KLSE of Intention To Deal in DPS shares by certain directors...better buy next week below 9 cts before DPS become Diamond Price Stock!
