Ceres22, I flip thru the report. There are few property projects launching in almost same period. If still no contribution in this Qr, mostly nobody want to buy, wait for house completed.

unless nobody buys Shantawood Houses in Bukit Rambai, it is hard to imagine Nov, 2019 Qr.
offer No profit. ( June 2019 Qr, shantawood register 1.4m property Sales compare to 4.9 mil in
Mar 2019 )---Bukit Rambai project starts Feb 2019 with HOC still running/ extended to Dec 2019.
Very hard to believe No Sales!!!!
4.9mil sales in March 2019 are tail-end of single storey in Bukit Minyak( completed)

contribution from properties is consistent with Peter's estimate 5mil every Qr. ( 20mil a year ) 20%
return-----However furniture is dragging everything down-----no enough Biz Volume to sustain 200--300 workers, machinery, factory expenses ( sell factory----only way out like snc )

sorry did i used snc workeers(hahaha)-----MahSing's revenue 415mil ( profit 51mil) Profit margin 12.3%----MahSing properties mixed is quite diversified, yet margin cannot match DPS

Investdps.. I'm waiting till 13 dec as you said. If no development from the claim, then i will make a decision. At 6c I'm not dared to sell because dps has recorded 390k profit. This is better than into the red. So don't blame me for not selling at 6c, not meet my promise. At 6.5c, it is another matter..

1) revenue from property 1.317mil on 31/6/18 (Qr)
2) revenue from property 1.137mil on 30/6/19 (Qr)---last Qr
3) revenue from property 5.219mil on 30/9/19 ( this Qr )

Bukit Rambai revenue contribution starts this Qr.!!!!

Persie, actually klsestock is right, i dont know when. I can only based on info i gather to estimate. We now got to see whether got show on 13/12 , if not may have to wait until feb next year. Remember, when it really come, it is like rocket launching.

Now you have choice to unload you 1 mil at 6 sen. Remember, next qr will be better.

You try to q volume for sales , and see whether you any reaction from market. But dont regret

长期营业不理想，这种股票没人要。klsestock也是可怜人，除了宣泄，什么都做不到。investdps，这13/12, 没什么结果的。明年二月也还不是一定。还有，就算拿了赔偿金也不代表比特会炒高股价。如果往后营收越高，出乎的好。那股价肯定好。输了钱还得被比特汽。看开点，期望明年二月业绩吧，毕竟比特真的在卖屋子了。

Investdps, I only hold 1.2mil shares only and all bought at 6c. I just come to this group when dps price was at 6c.you can check if you want. Right now no want to buy at 6c unless 1 lot to test it. I don't want to unload at 6c bvoz it cost me a lot. I'm now waiting 13/12 decision and I'll determine my dps after it. Thanks fir your advice. I appreciate it.

13/12 is not final, i repeat 13/12 is not final. The case definitely drag until next year. Don't dream settlement outside the court, they have been done so much more earlier if both party agree to, the case drag so long becus both cannot come to agreement to final amount.

You can spare your time to christmas celebration and cny preparation. Price movement will tell u when the court case will end.

Invest FPS is sharing what he thinks he know,,,nothing wrong lah,,pending 13/12 outcome, a lot of out of court meeting between MSIG and Peter is taking place and do not be surprised if an amicable settlement will be announced on 13/12....DPS at 6cts is cheap and will break 10cts on this settlement like Scanwolf...Kheesan..Which has positive news.

snc was formed after Dps factory was burnt down.....Furniture Biz was very Good then( Dps revenue was (25---40 mil per Qr )....Now Dps get 5mil / Qr.....If Peter really gone thru his MBA degree, it is time to restructure its Biz. I think already Started.
Sell Snc factory to a "unknown"----SNC is "kosong" But Snc property is handling Bukit Rambai project (200mil-----Big enough to share )
Sell Dps furniture Biz to a "unknown" for RM1.0-----transfer all "long-term Debts to Buyer -----

Combine Snc with Dps( like original setting 10yrs ago)---submit to Bursa, relist as Property counter----10mil back into Peter's pocket again -------I see this coming Or in different versions
