as jj said, dps low cost housing is very profitable compare to other developers. Reason is dps makes roof truss, doors, door frame, window frame, kitchen cabinet, Table &Chairs & Bed. Combine these
house items, it is almost 40-45% cost of low cost.
But major dps earnings come Export market(furniture) which Peter said in 2Qr. losses due to Big
Boys throwing export price to gain market share

The Fire Claim Amount has been duly written off in their Balance Sheet since 2013, I think ...so this Judgement Sum of RM19 million ++..or the arbitrated Sum will be treated as an extraordinary bonus income ....just cannot understand ....why DPS with NTA of 19cts and with added property development projects is still languishing at around 6 cts for the past few years...hoping some Investment Analyst will write in media like NST, the Edge ....to expose this undervalued DPS ...as 6 to 10 cts seller queues can be gobbled up easily by many minority investors like me, KK ,Investdps, ....and of course Janetchen

26 Sept 2014 awarded Shantawood 19,496,398 ( plus 5% calculated FROM 14 July 2011 )----have
bursa announcement. So the actual court case last only 3yrs 2mths then Judgement. MSIQ appeal to appeal courts and reassessment After 26/9/14---- drag until now.

each yr interest is 974,820.....3yrs is 2.924mil-----so on 26/9/14, DPS received 22,420398(plus)
Then every year if MSIQ don't deposit 19mil into Shantawood lawyer account ( interest added on )

Reading Ironshirt. Extracts, Judgement is MSIG must pay 5% on RM19,+++ from 14fh July 2011 onwards. And ordered MSIG to deposit the RM19 million on14-9-2014 into escrow bank account earning FD interest.....so MSIG trying to reduced 5% quantum amount but the FD RM19 million remains....but eventually DPS still get the awarded arbitration sum but only how much........to become the Dragon Priceless Stock soon...

if you read the judgement extract, msiq cannot produce counter-quotation...how to reduce?
So msiq brings in experts to throw out Shantawood quotations but they already done that before
judgement day (reduce from 24m to 19m ). On the flip side, Shantawood could reinstate original 24m, who knows

after this reassessment, Shantawood can apply to High Court to unfreeze 19mil judgement( lawyer friend said), this is what jj said that Peter might quietly used 19mil to Buy snc factory. The monies is
in Shantawood account so DPS account will not register anything until Shantawood revert back the
money.
