if ended at 0.055, definitely margin calls will be triggered for Peter and his operators ...brokerage for them can be as low as RM8 ..and holding nearly 70% above 0.05cts is a lot

DPS won the case on liability part
However on the amount to be awarded to DPS the court ordered the case to be heard by a new high court judge.
Interest on 5% is to run from 2011.
So this is a good result.
(Even with 50% on previous awarded amount and with interest ,the total amount awarded will work out to be appro Rm15M.)

No problem as a minor shareholders we help each other.
@Hein overall it means DPS had won the case but just that they need to fight over the amount granted. I dont know why market got no response and even Peter didnt update in the formal announcement. I hope something big is coming to all the minor shreholder here
