Tek Seng’s net profit is expected to swell to RM41mil in 2016, with the solar panel division accounting for 65% of profits, while the PVC division maintains its annual profit of RM14mil-15mil.
Next year’s dividend yield could reach 5% based on the company’s minimum 30% payout ratio, assuming some dilution (an additional 30% of warrants is to be converted), said Vincent Khoo, head of research, UOBKayhian.
Tek Seng plans to list its solar division post-2016, implying that shareholders would be rewarded with shares as dividend in specie, said Khoo. It is estimated to achieve an 81% compound annual growth rate in net profit from 2014-17, thanks to the turnaround in the solar division.

Any website for me to monitor solar price? I thought Ah Seng only manufacture PV. Related with solar price also?
