@theshoot, if you look at 6 Feb announcement, Circular 1 page 12. You will notice that the company has set up 20 F&B shell companies for the proposed diversification. None of those names I am able to link / relate to Luckin. Example of the incorporated companies are Fresh Palate, Mingle Hub, Flavora Sdn Bhd etc. Hence, I believe the original intention of diversification was to bring in other F&B ventures / self build brands.
However, along the way they somehow manage to talk to Luckin and now will drop all other F&B ideas? Please enlighten if you think my thoughts make sense. Thanks bro
Goldman, they want to be big, not only Luckin. But luckin is more promising one. 6 month make sense, it's not a simple deal, a lot of things need to be in place and agreed.
Hi goldmanbull, Yes I feel EDIYA will give ZUS a run for their money and why I say this is because I think they will aim for the malay segment of customers as the malay's tend to like anything that's Korean. As such if they play their marketing game well it may work very much their way.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
