U loss too much from 0.65 to 0.195 already...so u should choose to average down compare to cutloss.....if from 0.65 drop to 0.5 something like this u can choose to cutloss.

Don't think you can buy back at below 33 point. Price should be holding at around 34 for awhile before it makes another upward movement.
