在年初执照吊销时我就怀疑有没有私有化的可能，因为当时hss并没有出售太多的股票，他若转换手头上的warrant 就50%以上的比例。当时想到以hovid这样的消费板块又是医疗领域，许多专利药到期，加上新产房的利好，包装一下炒高两三倍远远比私有化省功夫。。那么现在真的提出私有化了，可想而知接下来。。。。。

Let me put it this way THEY ACHIEVED 67%

1. Since HOVID will not be delisted so soon, offer price based on Hovid offer is 38 cts.

2. Those who accepted his offer will be paid after 29 DEC 2017 ( 10 days)

3. NEXT YEAR 2018.....GENERAL ELECTION. BARE IN MIND MARKET VOLATILITY AND MANY FUND HOUSE MENTIONED, TIGHTENING OF POLICIES BY BNM. ANOTHER MILESTONE FOR INVESTORS IS TOUGH.

Question : How will Hovid price condition be?

I see Very high possibility Hovid price will go down. Why? Benchmark set already at 38. Who will buy higher?

4. Market getting cautious. For long term holder, those who have bought 56 cts and above, you either average down, will you average up? This depend on the market at that point of time.

5. Many with not deep pocket will buy at cautious. Retailers will buy at 38 ??? More??? Depend on market reaction again. SO, this is very subjective.

That's the "Million dollar question?" But here is the probable answer:

"Loss Leader" by HSS & Proxies...sell some at 37.5 sens and hope the majority will also sell at this price but if you look at the queue today, there are 8,392,900 buyers at 37.5 sens but only 212,500 sold. Conclusion, this strategy is not working - HSS should buy in open market all those is willing to sell at 38 sens (3,052,700 sellers) and get his proxies to buy some at 38.5 sens to make up the shortfall to 67%.

其实那篇报道很简单，何老板预计到29日也就是在这7天的交易日，会成功拥有67%票。那么剩下的8%，何老板只有两个选择？一，以更高的价钱在市场买回；二，放弃私有化？如果你是老板，你已经收购67%了，你会做出什么选择？自己想一想吧 :/
