Dufu is declaring 1:20 treasury shares as dividend. 1:20 = 5%, means it's great as ROI, right? What I would like to know is, what's the effect of the treasury shares being issued as dividend? It's still same as normal shares, right? Means can still be traded?

Investors are not so optimistic abt prospect of metal fabrication business and automotive making only parts like windshield wiper,sunroof,rear view mirror involving low tech or no tech! Company cash rich probably should go a bit high tech ie sensors,etc
