0.315 is the price offered by Towkey offerors . We are not necessary to accept the price. We can either sell it in the open market with the present market price 0.455 or wait for further higher market price. Whether the market price can reach 0.70 or not it depends on future market force.

Market price 0.455 higher than offer price 0.315. How can people sell at 0.315.! The offerors only can collect higher price of 0.445 from the open market. Hold it and see what it will be.

The two offerors would collect more tickets from the open market in order to get more than 50% or revise higher offer price. The price would go higher or small holders would not sell. Be patient and wait.

The offerors so far only hold 44.14%, not 50% + as what they required to control the company votes. Is it possible they simply give up the take over plan ?

The offerors might revise a higher offer price or simply collect more tickets from the open market. Any body know better pls correct me if i am wrong.

MESB have a good day today -> On closing more buyer start to recognize this breakout.
Tomorrow "Might" gap up since buyer are demanding Price at the "Ask" on the last 10 min before closing 4.50pm-5.00pm. Market maker has to increase the price on the next day due to demand. If its gaping up next morning, more buyers will come in tomorrow. Tomorrow "Might" be a big day.
