This is not a fundamentally good stock. Its volatile earning will make it pe low(fair given by the market). Aware of it high gearing ratio. If you invest with small bet, is ok to hold. but you are like some traders I notice to all in with one-sided bias, it is very risky. Good luck.

Let me share my observation of whether this is a so called "con counter"...Please look at the last chart (max) here...the uptick started from October'18 around 0.80 sens....it has been climbing steadily since...this steady rise is consistent with their last 3 QRs...which reported increased profits qoq....please confirm for yourself...and tell me if I am wrong...cheers.

The average price for gred A chicken eggs has dropped 4 sen if compared to previous quarter. And the drop of every 1 sen will reduce the earnings by RM4 million.

They said raw materials dropped a lot. But I see around 5%-10% only if compared to previous quarter. After trade war heat fading away, it will be normalized.

Comparing 10 years ago sales per year is 168M /year profit is 15M/year
Now 2019 most recent 4 quarters sales is 524M /year profit is 46M/year
Keep 10 years there is a 3 fold increment-so buy and stay invested. More people more food needed.

Why they did not paste this egg price oftenly before this counter share price dropped last week ? Of course, they had not sold out their shares at higher price. Now, they want to collect this counter shares at lower prices for next round play in the crocodile market . Am I right ?
