1. 2 CYCLES pa
1.1 The last cycle LOW was in Nov/Dec 2018
1.2 The 2nd cycle LOW could be here in front of you NOW.

2. 2 ways
2.1 Buy LOW = buy at STD 1 = 1. above
2.2 Buy New HIGH = buy at STD 6 = hold to PROFIT at FORM 6

Actually, chicken counter will be good for long term unless bird flu.... every year population increase, u think chicken demand will drop? And since LHI IPO, they annouce they will give out dividend 30%, surely dividend will be good for at least a couple of year as LHI need to attract investor to hold their shares.....

Congrats TeoSeng shareholders. Share price will be very exciting when KYY is in. Agreed that the result should be around 3Q18 figures. Just the right time to sell in mid Aug before 2Q19 result is out.

VenFx, I don't think the exercise will dilute their earnings. Coz they will get RM 67.5 Million after the exercise. They can use the RM 67.5 Million to pay down debt or expand the company.

If they use the RM 67.5 Million to pay down debt, the interest they need to pay is lower and earnings will be higher.

If they use the RM 67.5 Million to expand the company, their earnings will grow.

We have to see how they use the money.

Mil888, the controlling shareholders and their family members have 28 million units. Will they let the warrants expire worthless?

If they let the warrants expire worthless, they would lose millions of ringgit.

If warrant holders exercise them, Teo Seng would get RM 67.5 Million cash.

What would you do if you were the management?

the impact will tell you straight away.

I'm no argument of how Teoseng generate future wealth for its shareholders ... just it need times to be able to harvested then.

Warrant wil melt down 1 -10cent in january 2020 bcus out of money.
Only insider wil dare to buy.
And Teoseng wil exceed 1.35 aftr 4th quarter.
Posible 1.60 - 2.0 PE 10 if egg price 34- 38cent
