yes, you can make money by buying low and selling high. But do you realise that you are paying a lot of commission. Moreover, if the price has gained say 15 sen, you probably make about 5 sen only. Bcos sometimes you sell high and buy back higher. I am speaking from experience. And don't tell me you are so good in your timing that after you have sold, the price will start falling.

So, how can one say "I sell 0.915, waiting to buy back at 0.86". A difference of RM0.055! There are two questions here : 1). How sure is that person that AWC will drop after you sell at 0.915 and 2). why do the person predict iAWC will fall by 0.055? Or is it bcos talking is free? One has to remember that there are many new and inexperienced investors who may thought you are an expert and who may follow what you say blindly. These new and inexperienced investors may not be aware that there are many people in this forum who talk cock only.

Bought one day b4 ex-date when price was at Support level.Sold b4 T 3 days or weekend.Profit in dividends and price gain.Zero capital outlay and interest becos trading by MF.Yes break resistance 0.92 on Monday but no momentum.

There is nothing wrong with your strategy:Buy and Hold.
or with FA.Many successful investors use that strategy.
What I do here is list down counter trading at Support levels.The software will list 30 counters from previous trading day.Then at 9am 915am and 930am confirmation bt top 50 counter high volume and price gain,to pick counters to trade for the day.

Yes I play intraday and contra but working day abit dificult to run my system.
AWC bought on Sultan Selangor's birthday which was holiday in Selangor so could trade and will make on divedends payout in Jan and RM260 price gain on contra.
Frankly in long term your strategy and FA is better but no excitement..la

Wow....close at 0.97, the highest of the recent high. Looks like it will cross the magical 1.00 mark soon, maybe even before the start of 2017. Looking at the trend it is heading north, it might even be attempting for its all time high, in the year 2017. Huatttt arhhhh.........kakaka.
