Despite the neutral QR. Gunung did not get sell down during such harsh period. This must be a good case to be studied at. I believe most of the buyer r true investor right now who r not looking for a simple contra capital gain
REPPA (renewable energy powet purchase agreement) is a very highly bankable collateral. So the underlying asset which hold the PPA is valued highly. Such asset are the targets of huge fund such as unit trust, mutual fund, or instituitional investor like EpF, ltat, kwap and pnb
So before Gunung go bursting till sky, now is the time lor. When Gunung 80 cents that time, don't message me can invest or not.. Very susah to advice one u know
Bonescythe, I tot you may want to relook at Vsolar cos the implementation of the Rights 3:1 could be anytime now to finance the solar farm in Perak. They've been given up to Mar 2017 for completion of the rights, so I believe they will drive the share price up any moment now. The ESOS has been given out to employees at 10sen already.
Btw, I bought Gadang below RM1, Yee Lee around RM1.20 and Gunung around RM0.40, but my problem is selling too fast, earn maybe 20% to 30%... Have to control my hand when wants to sell.
I have tendency to sell when the profit is 30% and above. Usually the price that I enter is reasonable. Such as Aji around RM4.20, DKSH at RM2.20, Yee Lee at RM1.22, Gadang at RM0.98, but always sold too early. Patient and able to resist to sell when the price is higher if the prospect is good is the EQ part that I need to master.
AM DUI is the right word to describe, hahahaha... Bone, yes, you are right, I am relief if the price down after selling. Still remember once I bought LCL, from RM1.50 to RM8 if not mistaken, then down until declare bankrupt. AM DUI when sole too early but glad that I was selling it else 0 money... Same as Maybulk, luckily sell early. Actually until now, I hardly lose money in the counter I invested, but always not earn big...
Just go and take a look at TNB price chart at Investing.com 2011, it is RM6 now, it is RM 14 After 5 years, only slightly more than 100% in capital appreciation. Not much a hike, but slow and steady, and every year got dividend
